Responsibilities
  • Monitor and verify that all products meet Sandridge's high standards for quality, consistency, and safety
  • Conduct in-process and finished product inspections for temperature, weight, appearance, and label accuracy
  • Perform environmental and equipment swabbing, allergen testing, pH checks, and other lab-based tests
  • Collaborate with production teams to solve issues and prevent future problems before they start
  • Ensure compliance with USDA, FDA, and internal food safety guidelines and documentation standards
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records, because if it’s not written down, it didn’t happen
  • Be a resource on the floor for all things quality—your knowledge keeps us sharp and on track
  • Report non-conformances and follow through on corrective actions to make sure the fix sticks
Qualifications
  • Detail-oriented individuals who take pride in accuracy and consistency
  • Prior experience in quality assurance or food safety is preferred, but we’ll train the right person with the right mindset
  • Familiarity with HACCP, GMPs, and food manufacturing environments is a big plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stay focused, and juggle multiple tasks at once
  • Comfortable working in cold/wet production areas as part of your daily routine
  • Solid communication skills—you’ll need to speak up, speak clearly, and speak confidently
  • Willingness to work various shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed
Compensation

$19 - $25 hourly
