Responsibilities What You’ll Do- Thoroughly clean and sanitize food production equipment, machinery, and facility areas to maintain the highest operational and food safety standards
- Operate high‑powered sanitation equipment and follow established cleaning procedures to protect product integrity and plant performance
- Perform scheduled sanitation tasks with accuracy and consistency, working both independently and alongside team members
- Inspect equipment and work areas to ensure they are fully cleaned, sanitized, and ready for production
- Complete required sanitation logs, checklists, and documentation to support regulatory and food safety compliance
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and the Quality team regarding sanitation concerns, equipment conditions, or potential issues
- Work in a cool, wet production environment where tasks and priorities may vary from shift to shift
- Strong attention to detail with a consistent focus on quality and accuracy
- Willingness to perform hands‑on, physical work that plays a critical role in food safety and operations
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and work efficiently in a fast‑paced production environment
- Schedule flexibility, including availability for overnight or third‑shift work when sanitation activities are performed
- A dependable, safety‑minded team member who works well with others and takes responsibility for their work
- Prior experience in sanitation or food manufacturing is preferred, but not required—we’re happy to train motivated individuals with the right attitude
$17.38 - $19.88 hourly
