3M is seeking a General Operator candidate in Medina, Ohio. Full-time positions available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

As a General Operator, you will produce and assemble products in the plant. You will operate and maintain machinery, ensure production standards are met, finalize products, and prepare them for shipping.

• Follow a daily production schedule under supervisor direction.
• Operate any necessary equipment to perform tasks.
• Perform quality checks and detect defects before passing products to the next operator.
• Label all products shipped out according to production orders.

Basic qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or higher (completed prior to start) from an accredited institution.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed include:

• Minimum six (6) months of previous experience in a manufacturing environment.

Onsite – Medina, Ohio.
