As a Tow Motor Operator
, you're the engine behind our production floor. You’ll be zooming (safely!) around the facility, delivering ingredients, transporting finished goods, and making sure every station is locked, stocked, and ready to roll.

• Safely operate stand-up and sit-down tow motors, man pickers, rider walkies, and electric hand jacks
• Deliver ingredients to production lines so the magic can happen
• Move finished product skids to shipping or freezer storage
• Set up production areas with the right materials, and take back anything they don’t need
• Keep your equipment and workspace clean and tidy
• Report any safety concerns, damaged goods, or unusual happenings
• Follow all safety and food safety standards (GMPs)
• Be a dependable team player who lives by our Core Values
• Jump into other duties as needed—no two days are the same

What You Bring to the Table:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior manufacturing experience is a big plus
• Food safety knowledge? Even better
• Hand jack/tow motor skills (certified pros encouraged!)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Bending, lifting (up to 65 lbs), pushing, pulling, squatting, and reaching throughout your shift
• Cold temps and noisy environments don’t faze you

$17 - $18 hourly
