We’re looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician who thrives on solving problems, preventing breakdowns, and keeping production running like a well-oiled machine. We’re offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus—because great talent deserves a warm welcome! Available Shifts (with Premiums!) We’ve got flexible weekend schedules with serious earning potential:
Saturday – Monday, 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM → $6/hr. shift premium

• Keep our production machinery humming with preventative maintenance and timely repairs
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic issues—because downtime is the enemy
• Jump into action when urgent maintenance calls come in (you’ve got this)
• Decode blueprints, schematics, and manuals like it’s second nature
• Tackle motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and more with precision
• Keep everything organized by documenting your work and part usage
• Partner with production teams to keep things running smoothly
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workspace—because safety and order are part of the job

• 2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience (or a rock-solid mechanical background)
• Know-how in electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• Hands-on troubleshooting skills with production equipment
• Comfort with tools, ladders, lifts, and grease under your fingernails
• Flexibility for nights, weekends, and on-call shifts when needed
• Safety-first mindset with OSHA knowledge

$23 - $40 hourly
