Part-Time Warehouse Team Member

Do it Best is ready to help you build your career in our Medina, OH distribution center. We offer weekly pay, day shift (M-F), and much more. You’ll have the opportunity to develop and grow your skill sets in a variety of logistics and product fulfillment roles. We provide training and certification to safely operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks.

Based on business needs Monday-Friday

• Earn up to $25.12/hr
• Wage dependent on experience, starting from $18-$23.10 per hour with regular increases every 180 days
• Eligible team members have the opportunity to earn an additional $0.68-$2.02 per hour with their quarterly performance bonus
• Regular weekday hours
• A drug‑free work environment that focuses on everyone’s safety

• Repeatedly lift items ranging from 40-45 lbs
• Occasionally lift up to 80-100 lbs
• Assist in team lifts
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, stoop
• Perform work at floor level, waist level or above shoulders
