Job Title: Senior Payroll Specialist
Location: Medina, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Salary: $65,000 – $75,000

Key Responsibilities (Senior Payroll Specialist):

• Lead the end-to-end payroll process for employees across multiple states, utilizing systems like UKG and Bull Horn

• Ensure payroll practices are fully compliant with all federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations

• Manage the processing of payroll for high-volume employees, ensuring all payments are accurate and timely

• Stay updated on any changes to payroll tax laws and regulations and implement necessary changes to stay compliant

• Serve as a go-to resource for payroll-related inquiries and assist other departments as needed

• Conduct audits to ensure payroll data accuracy and troubleshoot any discrepancies

Qualifications (Senior Payroll Specialist):

• 5+ years of experience managing payroll in a high-volume, multi-state setting

• Strong familiarity with payroll systems, especially UKG and Bull Horn

• In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations

• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines
