Overview

Ohio Guidestone, a social service agency, is the state’s leader in community behavioral health care, serving around 26,000 Ohioans each year. We focus on the needs of the whole person by providing telehealth and in-person prevention services, as well as mental health and substance use treatment. As we help people navigate the most difficult times in their lives—with compassion and respect—we empower them to take steps towards a healthier future.

At Ohio Guidestone, we believe recovery is possible. Our Medina program has a need for Residential Advocates in our recovery housing environment for women in recovery. At Discovery Recovery, clients have access to peer support and an on-site house manager. The goal is to help women become stable in their recovery, maintain sober housing, live in a communal setting, and receive crisis intervention and medication as necessary.
