We are a well‑established, small insurance agency committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. Our close‑knit team values professionalism, collaboration, and a customer‑first approach. We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Position OverviewThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license and either possess a Life and Health (L&H) license or be willing to obtain one. This role involves providing outstanding customer service, problem‑solving complex insurance issues, and limited sales responsibilities, including identifying gaps in clients’ insurance coverage and recommending appropriate policies.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to existing and prospective clients.
- Analyze and resolve insurance‑related inquiries that may involve multiple moving parts.
- Identify coverage gaps and recommend suitable insurance solutions to clients.
- Collaborate effectively within a small team environment.
- Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Assist with general administrative duties as needed.
- Valid Property and Casualty insurance license required.
- Life and Health license preferred or willingness to obtain promptly.
- Outgoing personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to a consistent work schedule.
- Must be willing to work on‑site in Medina, Ohio.
