Warehouse Assistant Inventory

Responsibilities

• Assist Warehouse Manager to maintain security of warehouse and inventory.
• Manage Inventory System
  • Receiving goods and accounting for stocks.
  • Preparation of goods for delivery or collection.
• Assist Manager in arrangement of the warehouse and ensuring that it is always kept neat and accessible for incoming and outgoing goods. Also make sure warehouse spaces are fully utilised for all incoming goods.
• Help Manager in managing the Big Bin Container and Clearing of all unwanted items including
  • Pallets
  • Carton Boxes (Tidy up and neat pack)
• Clearing of all incoming containers and accounting for the stocks.
• Receiving of goods and accounting for stocks.
• Preparation of goods for delivery or collection and assisting with loading to the lorry using forklift.
• Preparation of loading of containers and assisting Manager with the loading.
• Require to help out in major installation project.

• Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Higher Secondary/Pre-U/'A' Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC

• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work as a team
• Posses a forklift driving license is an advantage.
