• Drive business development through telemarketing and client outreach
• Build, manage, and grow long-term client relationships
• Understand clients’ manpower needs and recruitment requirements
• Source, screen, and qualify suitable candidates
• Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process end-to-end
• Meet sales targets while maintaining high service standards
• Ensure professional pre- and post-placement follow-up
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required

• No prior recruitment experience required; training will be provided
• Strong interest in sales, recruitment, or client-facing roles
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willing to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in recruitment or sales will be an advantage
• CEI certificate holders are welcome to apply
