On behalf of our client, a Big 5 Accounting/Consulting company, we are recruiting for a Business Systems Analyst with strong experience in SAP SD as well as other SAP modules and integrations.

The Business Systems Analyst – SAP SD role focuses on implementing, supporting, and configuring SAP Sales and Distribution systems. The position requires strong functional and technical expertise, excellent analytical and communication skills, and experience working across project life cycles, testing, and system enhancements within an enterprise environment.

• Hands‑on experience in SAP SD (5–8 years), including configuration, transactions, tables, and reports.
• Support full lifecycle implementations covering analysis, design, testing, and configuration of Sales and Distribution scenarios.
• Work on integrations between SD and other core modules such as FI/CO/MM.
• Prepare and review functional specifications for enhancements, coordinating development of custom objects.
• Convert business requirements into functional specifications for ABAP developments.
• Develop test plans, test case specifications, and test scenarios for functionality testing.
• Translate functional specifications into technical (ABAP) specifications and create high‑level designs.
• Provide configuration, testing, cut‑over, conversion, and post‑go‑live support for enhancement projects.
• Execute comprehensive test plans and complex build activities.
• Act as an individual contributor with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Display quick learning ability and excellent analytical skills.
• Deliver projects using SAFE methodology.

• Minimum of 5+ years supporting multiple software projects in various IT roles.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Program Manager.
• In‑depth knowledge of software development life cycles, including Agile development and testing.
• Experience with data analytics, metrics creation, resource, and budget modeling.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, MS Project, HP Quality Center, SAP Solution Manager, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Prior experience demonstrating strong business understanding (professional services experience is a plus).
• Proven ability to apply repeatable processes and methods to enterprise technology initiatives.
• Excellent written, verbal, analytical, planning, and leadership skills.
• Experience conducting demonstrations for business users on enhancements and projects.
• Strong management, communication, technical, and remote collaboration abilities.
• Experience working across multiple projects and coordinating cross‑functional teams within a large matrix environment.
• Ability to effectively engage in detailed discussions with Project and Product Management.
• Excellent team collaboration and interpersonal skills.

• Basic debugging skills.
• Knowledge of S/4 HANA and Fiori applications.
• Experience using LSMW for data migration.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori tiles.
• Knowledge of SAP PS Module, including customization in Project Profiles, WBS Elements, and Partner Functions.
