Raise is currently hiring an SAP QA Transformation Lead team member on behalf of our client, a leading financial institution. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader.

Job Overview

The SAP QA Transformation Lead will spearhead the modernization of our QA landscape, driving the adoption of advanced automation practices and Tricentis solutions across SAP environments. This role will lead to the design and optimization of test automation frameworks, leveraging tools such as Tricentis Tosca, qTest, and Neo Load, and embed them into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing. The position will champion best practices in test data management and quality processes, mentor internal teams on automation strategies, and foster a quality-first mindset across the software delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA Transformation:
Drive the strategic shift of company QA landscape towards a more efficient, automated, and modern approach.

• Tricentis Implementation & Optimization:
Design, implement, and optimize Tricentis solutions (e.g., Tosca, qTest, Neo Load) to meet specific testing and automation needs.

• Automation Framework Development:
Establish and mature scalable test automation frameworks, integrating them into our CI/CD pipelines.

• Process Improvement:
Identify and implement best practices for test automation, test data management, and continuous testing.

• Mentorship & Training:
Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to internal teams on Tricentis tools and automation methodologies.

• Stakeholder

Collaboration:

Work closely with development, operations, and business teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of SAP QA automation experience using Tricentis products, Process and Detail oriented for SAP Systems

• Proven experience leading QA transformation initiatives within large enterprises.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca for test automation, including API, UI, and database testing.

• Experience with other Tricentis products like qTest and Neo Load is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated ability to design and implement end-to-end test automation strategies.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively as a consultant, providing expert guidance and delivering tangible results.

Preferred Qualifications

• Tricentis Certification(s) would be desirable (e.g., AS1, AS2, TDS, TAE).

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field

• Prior experience in the financial services industry
