You’ll be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns—primarily across Google Ads and Meta Ads. Experience with Microsoft Ads is an asset. You’ll monitor performance, implement optimizations, and deliver regular reporting. There is room to grow. This role has a defined pathway for advancement within our Paid Media division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support campaign builds including keyword research, ad copywriting, audience targeting, and creative testing
  • Monitor campaign KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions, and lead quality
  • Execute ongoing optimizations including bid adjustments, negative keyword management, and A/B testing
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with SEO, content, and web development teams to maximize campaign impact
  • Participate in internal reporting cycles, providing clear performance insights and recommendations
  • Maintain quality control across campaigns, budgets, and deliverables using industry best practices
  • Ensure regular communication with WSI’s clients, keeping them informed about progress, performance, and issues
What We’re Looking For Must-Have Experience & Skills
  • 3–5 years of hands-on PPC execution experience in an agency or fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record managing Google Ads campaigns (search, display, video)
  • Experience with Meta Ads campaign setup and optimization (awareness, traffic, and lead‑gen objectives)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Ads (asset, not required)
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
  • Confident navigating Ads Manager, Keyword Planner, and reporting platforms
  • Strong QA habits and budget management skills
  • Ability to write and test ad copy that balances creativity with performance
  • Current Google and META Certifications
Attributes That Matter
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proactive, resourceful, and execution‑focused
  • Collaborative with a positive, team‑first attitude
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

We believe success is built on a foundation of trust, accountability, and long‑term partnerships—with both clients and team members. The right candidate will:

  • Embrace our core values of respect, transparency, and ethics
  • Thrive in a structured yet flexible environment
  • Be motivated to learn, grow, and contribute at a high level
  • Take pride in quality execution and client impact
