The Sr. Solution Consultant is part of the Digital Product Delivery Team, a strategic capability within Planview’s sales organization. In our mission to "build the future of connected work," we partner with customers and prospects to understand where they are on their strategy-to-delivery journey and define the best Planview solution to meet their needs. With our growing solution portfolio—including AI-powered capabilities like Planview Anvi—we are experts at diagnosing customer needs, prescribing solutions in the sales cycle, and ensuring a seamless handoff to success teams.

This is the core focus of the Digital Product Delivery team.

You will share passionate stories that build vision at all levels of the customer’s organization, drawing on your experience. You will evangelize AI-driven insights and demonstrate how Planview Anvi’s intelligent analytics accelerate the project-to-product transformation through predictive insights, capacity optimization, and decision intelligence.

You will drive and manage technology evaluation and validation in the sales process. Planview’s Digital Product Delivery solutions (Enterprise Agile, OKRs, Road Mapping, Value Stream Management & Release Planning) sit atop the tools customers already use. You bring together tool owners and practitioners, architecting complete solutions using Planview products—including Anvi’s AI copilot and natural language querying—alongside Planning, Agile, Dev, Testing, and Support tools.

You must be a natural problem solver, capable of building solutions that integrate multiple third-party tools enhanced by AI-driven automation and insights. This includes architecting high-level solutions, running technical product evaluations in complex enterprise environments, and demonstrating how Anvi’s predictive analytics and intelligent recommendations optimize workflows across integrated tool chains.

The base salary range for this position is $160,000 - $180,000 CAD per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This role may also be eligible for additional compensation, including performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Preference for candidates in MST or PST time zones.

• Plan and deliver Planview solution architecture and deep-dive demonstrations—including Anvi’s AI-powered analytics and intelligent automation—for Lean/Agile and value stream management prospects and customers.
• Advise companies on their value stream and Agile transformation journey accelerated by AI technology.
• Support sales teams by understanding client environments, methodologies, processes, and portfolio/program management approaches.
