P-Serv is teaming up with a well-established transport statutory board to recruit vibrant and service-oriented talents for the role of Customer Service Officer. Join the frontline of Singapore's transport network – where every smile, solution, and interaction helps millions get to where they need to go.

• Attend to customers' enquiries
• Manage facilities and run system operations
• Handle urgent issues to keep things running smoothly
• Count and check all payments at the end of the shift using the POS machine report
• Help the Team Leader and Supervisor with daily work on the ground
• Carry out any other tasks when needed

• Minimum GCE N Level with 1 year of cashiering and customer service experience
• A good team player, cheerful personality and positive attitude
• Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask and handle high volume of work
• Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of work

• Rotating shift: 4 days work, 2 days off
• 10am to 10pm & 10pm to 10am (with 2 hours break)
• Woodlands / Marsiling MRT
• With attractive allowances + incentives!
