Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end order fulfilment process, from order receipt to delivery, ensuring orders are pro ceased accurately and on time.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer service to resolve order-related is sues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responding to sales and order inquiries via calls, emails, and fax.

Handling job card processing and distributing them to the relevant production department.

Assist of weighing process when it is needed.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in order fulfilment management.

Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints related to order fulfilment.

Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Undertaking any additional tasks delegated by the supervisor as needed.

Education and Work Requirements

A Level, Diploma or equivalent
Quick-witted, Good Communication skill, Fast Learner
2 years of Ordering/Customer Service/Administrative Experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office,

E.g., Microsoft Excel and Words
Monday to Saturday, 5days work week, Rest Day Wednesday and OFF Day Sunday. Working Time: 12.00pm to 9.00pm
