We are a dynamic and growing M&E company seeking a motivated Accounts and Admin Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to contribute to both financial and administrative operations.

Account & Admin Executive

Infrastructure & Facility Services Pte Ltd – Woodlands

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting tasks including accounts receivable/payable, payroll, and bank reconciliation.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Handle procurement documentation, supplier invoices, and payment processing.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, compliance documents, and office administration files.
  • Support HR functions such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, and staff attendance tracking.
  • Coordinate office activities, inventory management, and communication between departments.
  • Liaise with auditors, vendors, and government agencies when required.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounts and administration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., Auto Count or similar).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
