Shop Welder | $25-$26/hr | Temp-to-Hire | Media, PA

We're looking for a skilled Shop Welder to join a stable and supportive manufacturing team in Media, PA. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position with consistent hours and long-term potential.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay: $25-$26 per hour (based on experience)
Type: On-site | Temp-to-Hire
What You'll Do

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metal components
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and quality
• Safely operate shop equipment and maintain a clean work environment

What We're Looking For

• Proven MIG and TIG welding experience
• Ability to pass a hands-on welding test during the interview process
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliability and a strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Comfortable working with welding equipment, tools, and protective gear
• Ability to work in a shop environment with exposure to heat, noise, and metal materials
