Product Manager, Media Attribution

Job Overview:

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Product, the Product Manager will oversee Zartico's marketing and visitor intelligence product suite - including the Z5 analytics platform, Media Attribution, and Website Attribution..

In this role, you'll define product requirements and user stories, manage releases, maintain a robust and prioritized backlog, and coordinate customer and internal feedback to continuously improve our offerings.

You'll work across our entire product ecosystem, gaining a deep understanding of how our applications interconnect to deliver comprehensive insights for destination marketing organizations. This role specifically requires hands-on experience with marketing attribution products, methodologies, and metrics - including multi-touch attribution, media performance measurement, and ROI analysis.

This is a unique opportunity to help shape and influence an integrated data platform rather than being confined to a single product area. You'll collaborate closely with the Sr. Director of Product-who sets overall strategy and direction-while driving the day-to-day execution, feature development, and cross-product initiatives that bring Zartico's vision to life.

As a key member of the product team, you will have a significant influence on the company's strategic direction and will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, market expansion, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • 3-7 years of product management experience.
  • Direct experience managing or supporting media attribution, campaign analytics, or marketing measurement products
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum product development methodologies
  • Exemplary presentation skills and relationship skills both in-person and in-virtual settings
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) strongly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Tourism, digital marketing and/or marketing agency experience.
  • Proven expertise with attribution models, media mix modeling, and campaign measurement frameworks
  • Familiarity and comfort with AI, LLM, modern cloud architecture, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
  • Prior startup experience and/or experience scaling products from MVP to enterprise-grade solutions
  • Proven ability to drive innovation through user research, experimentation, and rapid prototyping
Core responsibilities:
  • Through collaboration with the core team, define products with a clear long-term vision for Zartico products based on user needs, market research, and company goals.
  • Clearly detail product(s) value to clients
    - What they receive, how it makes their workflow better, why they don't want to work without it.
  • Define the user experience from initial concepts to delight and adoption.
  • Create & maintain product roadmap outlining how the product will evolve, prioritize features, bug fixes, releases, and how the product solves customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, sales and customer success to execute on product strategy
  • Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for all product releases.
  • Ensure a SaaS like customer experience and easy user experience in all customer-facing products.
  • Manages the continuous customer feedback process
  • Iterate on product features based on product feedback, KPIs and evolving market trends
  • Lead agile product development processes
  • Partner with marketing & sales to develop product positioning, messaging and launch plans
  • Serve as the subject-matter expert for attribution products - ensuring data accuracy, clarity in performance metrics, and actionable insights that connect marketing spend to visitation and economic outcomes
  • Collaborate with data science and engineering to enhance attribution methodologies, reporting frameworks, and visualization tools for Zartico's Media Attribution product
