Hours:

36 Shift Requirement: 12-hour variable shifts, mostly nights (18:30 – 07:00) Day shifts may be assigned as needed Floating:
Required to float to all alike units within skill set as needed On-Call / Call-Back:
Not generally required If called back, response time: 1 hour Call-back pay:
Minimum 2 hours Weekend & Holiday Requirement:
Every 3rd weekend and every 3rd holiday Licenses &

Certifications:

CRT or RRT accepted BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP required in hand at submission

Experience:

Minimum 2 years RRT experience Charting / Systems: EPIC experience preferred Unit Overview:
Primarily EKGs, small-volume nebulizers, heated high flow, NIV, and ventilators Ventilators:
Hamilton C1 & G5, V60 BIPAP Baby resuscitation required Average patient load: 4–10 patients on Med Surg/ICU, plus ED and urgent care volumes Primary Cases / Procedures: IP and ED coverage Patient Ratio:
No standard ratio; dependent on unit and patient volume Low Census / Unbillable

Hours:

Eligible for 36 hours of unbillable low-census hours On-call hours may count toward low-census hours Flu & COVID Policy:
Vaccination required during flu season Declinations require mask-wearing at all times per Aspirus policy Non-compliance may result in corrective action Radius Rule: 50-mile radius – expires 2/11
