Associate Client Manager - Business Insurance
Marsh McLennan Agency’s Business Insurance team is looking for a passionate and people‑oriented customer service professional to develop, implement and deliver outstanding insurance and risk‑management customer service to our clients. This role offers a great opportunity for those to insurance or customer service to sharpen skills and build a career at MMA, with a clear path to advancement in high‑level client service and industry focus.
WhatYou’ll Be Doing
- Work with customers and carriers to handle incoming service requests.
- Manage new and renewal insurance marketing, including negotiating with carriers, preparing presentation and proposal materials, collecting customer information, and ordering insurance policies.
- Collaborate with account teams to negotiate with carriers, prepare proposals, and order policies.
- Update customer information to keep accurate, up‑to‑date records in the agency management system.
- Upsell and cross‑sell: work with colleagues to identify and follow through on opportunities.
- Deliver effective and efficient customer service in partnership with the sales and service team.
- Follow organizational policies, procedures, and established workflows; maintain data quality and confidentiality; and consistently support high standards.
- Client service advocate passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and support.

Marsh McLennan Agency offers a competitive compensation package, honoring local and state salary thresholds. Base pay is determined by experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. The position may also be eligible for performance‑based incentives, annual profit sharing, and a benefits package that includes paid maternity/paternity leave, medical leave, 401(k) savings, and additional wellbeing programs. Decisions are made on a case‑by‑case basis.
