Mercy Flights is seeking a Membership Sales Specialist responsible for promoting and selling Mercy Flights membership programs to individuals, families, and groups. This role focuses on outreach, building relationships with prospective members, educating the community on the value of membership, and supporting strategies that increase membership retention and acquisition. Monday–Friday, full-time, and On-site.

• Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) with contributions and monthly flex dollars
• Commission incentive based on new group membership size

• 15–24 members: $50 per group
• 25–49 members: $100 per group
• 50+ members: $200 per group

• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, businesses, and organizations to grow group memberships
• Attend and represent Mercy Flights at community events, fairs, and meetings
• Respond to inquiries about membership benefits, pricing, and coverage details
• Track and report sales activity, leads, результата conversions using CRM tools
• Collaborate with the Membership team to support marketing campaigns and outreach strategies
• Assist with onboarding new members and ensuring accurate data entry in the membership system
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to prospective and current members
• Maintain knowledge of Mercy Flights services and communicate the value of the 혁 program effectively
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual membership sales goals

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or outreach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills — able to build rapport with diverse audiences
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Valid Oregon Driver License
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, organized, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
