Overview

Victra, Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, is seeking Sales Consultants who deliver world‑class service to Every Guest. You will guide customers through the sales process, share your product knowledge, and create a seamless in‑store experience. Employees earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. Paid training and a guaranteed ramp‑up rate are provided during the first 60 days of employment. Paid time off is accrued at a rate of no less than 40 hours per year in the first year and 80 hours per year thereafter.

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Ability to lift 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. Training may involve overnight travel and will include online and computer‑based modules throughout employment.
