As an Assistant Store Manager you will assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on team member standards, sales and profit projections, customer satisfaction, training, evaluation, recruitment and selection, and enforcement of company policies.

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals, scanners, basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

• Base pay plus commission on sales.
