Senior Assistant Store Manager

Overview

Assistant Store Manager position at Spencer Gifts – Spirit Halloween. Location Central Point, OR; hourly rate $19.30-$19.55 depending on qualifications and experience; up to 38 hours per week.

• Establish and maintain Guest Services
• Support the Store Manager in tasks involved in overall operation of a store
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage
• Oversee merchandising and inventory control in adherence with Company policies and procedures

• Prior retail and/or management experience required
• Minimum age 18
• Physical demands: standing/walking for more than 8 hours, climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds
