Cardiothoracic Surgery NP/PA - Surgical First Assist | Providence Olympia Cardiac Surgery (Full-time). Join a collaborative team at Providence St. Peter Hospital, serving a five‑county region. You ll first-assist in the OR (EVH experience a plus), manage histories and physicals, create care plans with surgeons, round daily, and educate nursing staff across inpatient/outpatient/ICU/ER settings.

• Requirements: NP or PA-C with ≥ 1 year CT surgery experience; first-assist skills highly desired.

Compensation is between $155,000 and $207,500 per year. Thrive in the Pacific Northwest with supportive surgeons and APCs who are true team players.
