Overview

RN – Clinical Decision Unit (Full-Time, Days and Nights) Medford, OR. Join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where clinical decisions are made quickly, and patient care is constantly evolving. This .9 FTE night shift role offers the opportunity to work three 12-hour shifts per week (7:00pm–7:30am) with rotating weekends—and includes a $10/hour night shift differential.

• Deliver high-quality, short-term care for patients awaiting diagnosis, treatment decisions, or inpatient placement
• Monitor and assess patients with a wide range of medical and surgical conditions
• Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate timely, effective care
• Support patient transitions with strong education, discharge planning, and advocacy

• Current Oregon RN license and BLS certification
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience in an acute care or fast-paced clinical setting
• Adaptability, critical thinking, and a calm, collaborative presence under pressure
