Rogue Community Health is looking for a Nurse Case Manager Supervisor for our medical clinics, who is committed to exceptional patient care and passionate about supporting staff development and organizational growth.

The Nurse Case Manager Supervisor is responsible for ensuring our back‑office nursing teams use the nursing process effectively and efficiently to support patient care and education, working collaboratively with multiple departments to maintain exceptional patient care.
