Position Overview

- Full‑time Physician Assistant – 4 day, 10‑hour weeks
- Coverage across 3 locations:
Cambridge, Everett, and Medford - Busy total joint arthroplasty and trauma practice
- Duties include inpatient rounding, OR first assist, consults, and outpatient clinic assignments
- Call: 2 weeknights per month and every 8th weekend
- Fully integrated EPIC electronic medical record system
CHA offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including affordable health/dental insurance, a retirement account with matching, malpractice insurance, and more. The guaranteed full‑time base salary range is $116,000–$174,000, based on experience.
