Position Overview

Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is a well-respected, nationally recognized and award-winning public healthcare system, renowned for clinical and academic innovation and community excellence. CHA serves the local community through two hospital campuses, an urgent care clinic, and an integrated network of primary and specialty care practices in Cambridge, Somerville and Boston’s Metro North Region. • Full‑time Physician Assistant – 4 day, 10‑hour weeks
• Coverage across 3 locations:
  Cambridge, Everett, and Medford
• Busy total joint arthroplasty and trauma practice
• Duties include inpatient rounding, OR first assist, consults, and outpatient clinic assignments
• Call: 2 weeknights per month and every 8th weekend
• Fully integrated EPIC electronic medical record system

CHA offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including affordable health/dental insurance, a retirement account with matching, malpractice insurance, and more. The guaranteed full‑time base salary range is $116,000–$174,000, based on experience.
