The Lead Rehab Therapist spends up to 20% of time in administrative duties to support clinic daily operations. Provides direct patient care therapy for service area (80% of time or more). Position need is based on the number of Therapists and complex staff mix and/or multidisciplinary services.

Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degreein Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathologist or Audiology; from an accredited program.
Or - Master's Degreein Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathologist or Audiology; from an accredited program.
Or - Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathologist or Audiology; from an accredited program.
- Oregon Physical Therapist License upon hire. Or
- Oregon Occupational Therapist License upon hire. Or
- Oregon Speech Language Pathologist License upon hire. Or
- Oregon Speech Language Pathologist Permit upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) criminal background check is required for this position. Fingerprinting may be required upon hire. (PL 540 and 580 only).
- 2 yearsof experience working as a therapist (Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist or Audiologist).
- Membership in the national, state, or local professional association upon hire.
- Supervisory experience/Experience with management responsibilities.
