Additional Position Details: FTE: 1.000000 | Full Time | Primarily Mon - Fri / 8AM - 5PM
Salary: Wages start at $45.26 an hour and the midpoint is $56.58 an hour. Increases are based years of experience in the field.
External candidates may be eligible for Relocation Assistance!
Responsibilities- Performs effective, appropriate and timely patient evaluation and care planning.
- Performs effective patient caregiver training.
- Documentation is timely, legible and complete.
Experience
- 2 years prior relevant Occupational Therapy experience in a hospital, home care, outpatient, or skilled nursing setting required.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy is required
- Completion of the American Occupational Therapy National Exam required
Certification/Licensure
- BLS:
Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider certified through the American Heart Association (AHA) is required upon start - ODL:
Oregon Driver's License with proof of safe driving record for the past 10 years and proof of insurance may be required
