- Process patient medical referrals ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant communication.
- Perform research and verify information to provide a seamless patient experience.
- Maintain compliance with organizational policies, procedures, standards of care, HIPAA, OSHA, and related regulations.
- Deliver excellent patient care and go the extra mile to find solutions.

• Opportunity for 4 or 5‑day work week
