Manages and provides skilled occupational therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patient’s special physical or age‑related needs. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with the individual's functional level and potential.

Required Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program (or equivalent education/experience).
- Master’s Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program (or equivalent education/experience).
- Ph.D. from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program (or equivalent education/experience).
- Specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet particular department needs (or equivalent education/experience).
- Oregon Occupational Therapist License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association certification upon hire.
