Intensive Supportive Housing Therapist
Location:
Medford, Oregon. Full‑time, Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm. Salary range: $72,000.00–$87,000.00 per year ($6,000–$7,250 per month
, DOE/Credentials; +5% language differential for bilingual).

Our supportive housing programs include Swing Lane
, a permanent intensive supportive housing unit in Medford, and Rogue Ridge Apartments
, a 28‑unit permanent supportive housing program in Ashland. Both provide peer support, skill training, tenancy assistance, and 24/7 housing support.
- Conduct mental status examinations and DSM‑5 diagnoses.
- Complete comprehensive psychosocial mental‑health assessments and update them every six months or as clinically indicated.
- Provide individual, group, and crisis‑management therapy, and consult with other clinicians.
- Collaborate with community agencies to ensure appropriate admission and facilitate warm hand‑offs to after‑care behavioral‑health services.
- Eligible for Oregon Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration.
- Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
- Unlicensed therapists must be actively seeking or willing to obtain licensure.
- Pass a DHS criminal background check.
- Physical ability to frequently sit, talk, listen, and use hands; occasionally walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 20 pounds.
- Unlicensed: $6,000–$6,750 per month
- Licensed: $6,750–$7,250 per month
