Salary: $177,736 - $, DOE

The Director of Finance Operations provides strategic leadership and oversight for key financial operations across the health system, including Decision Support and Provider Compensation. This role ensures alignment with organizational goals, drives data-informed decision-making, and partners with executive leadership to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate would have:

• Expertise in decision support systems and finance analytics
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in financial systems and data analytics tools

Experience

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in healthcare finance, with leadership responsibility is required

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field is required
• Master's Degree is preferred

Certification/Licensure

• CPA:
  Certified Public Accountant license is preferred
