Part-Time Dental Assistant

General Overview

Are you a New Grad or Dental Assistant looking for a privately owned practice where you can help patients every day? Are you looking for an opportunity to start career and grow in a well established practice? If so we would LOVE to talk to you!

We’ll offer you:

• A compensation package, starting at 18-20hr, including a 401(k) plan with a match

Part time, 3 days per week!

• Tuesday: 7:30am to 5:30pm
• Thursday: 6:30am to 2:30pm
• Friday: 7:30pm to 2:30pm

As part of our team you will be responsible for the following (not limited to):

• Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room.
• Assist the doctor in providing care to the patient.
• Be knowledgeable of existing and emerging technologies and clinical initiatives that impact the back-office experience.
• Actively monitor lab materials and supplies.
• Develop a relationship with the patient.
• Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
• Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed.
• Take, expose, and mount high quality dental radiographs.
• Contribute to the team in achieving business objectives to accomplish goals.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team.

• New Grads welcome, we will train!
• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Dental Softwares as Dentrix, Eaglesoft or similar dental softwares, is preferred.
