Job DescriptionThe main requirement for Domino's Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) is to have a positive personality, a clear and highly energetic voice, and a customer‑service oriented attitude. CSRs need to speak with customers throughout their shift, handling various customer‑related issues, and must be well‑versed in product details, services, charges and other important information which is relayed to customers whenever needed. While performing the duties of this job the team member may be required to work outdoors, in various temperatures, in a noisy environment, near moving mechanical parts, with dangerous equipment or sharp tools, and around fumes, odors, dust or toxic chemicals.
This role can be physically demanding; the team member may be required to use hand tools repetitively, stand for prolonged periods, bend, twist, reach above shoulder level, crouch or kneel.
- Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions
- Advertise product offerings and promotional campaigns (“wobble boarding”)
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording and updating account information
- Prepare and package food products for delivery or pickup
- Collect payment and hand out orders to customers
- Resolve product or service issues by determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting corrections or adjustments, and following up to ensure resolution
- Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related requests as needed
Wage for all CSRs is minimum wage, with the option for raises based on performance evaluations conducted by Regional Supervisors in $0.25 increments up to a maximum of $1.00 over Minimum wage before being eligible for a management position. CSRs also frequently receive tips on a daily or bi‑weekly basis via an in‑store tip pool.
- Be 15 years or older
- Be attentive to detail
- Be customer oriented, friendly and energetic
- Have cash management skills
- Be able to work long hours, scheduled or unscheduled, including nights, weekends, and emergencies
- Be willing to learn and comfortable performing other workstation duties within the restaurant as needed, and work the above duties with reasonable accommodation if required
