As part of our internship program, you’ll gain hands‑on experience, learn from industry experts, and contribute to projects that directly impact how we deliver smiles every day.

The Supply Chain Operations Intern will support the Supply Chain Operations team by assisting with daily operations, contributing to ongoing projects, and developing skills in inventory management and demand planning, process improvement and operational efficiency, logistics and coordination skills, data analysis and problem solving, and cross‑functional collaboration and communication.

This role is ideal for students who are curious, motivated, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.

• Support department initiatives through research, documentation, and project coordination
• Assist with cross-functional collaboration across the 1-800-Flowers family of brands
• Attend team meetings, present findings, and share progress with stakeholders
• Participate in internship learning sessions, networking opportunities, and workshops
• Contribute ideas to enhance business processes and improve customer experience

• Assist in inventory tracking, logistics coordination, and demand forecasting
• Participate in process‑mapping and efficiency‑improvement projects
• Collaborate with production, warehouse and fulfillment teams

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain Operations
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficiency in inventory and supply chain fundamentals, Excel, data tracking skills, process awareness and documentation, attention to detail and organization, and communication/ team collaboration.
• Demonstrated interest in Supply Chain and Operations and how efficient, data‑driven processes support business performance is a plus.
