• Run a profitable and efficient parts department using proper purchasing procedures, inventory control, staffing efficiencies, pricing strategies, merchandising, and marketing.
• Utilize inventory to satisfy customer demand while controlling obsolete and excess inventory.
• Maintain manufacturer parts and warranty policy compliance.
• Develop an effective team through training and performance standards.

• At least two years of automotive parts experience.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Ability to engage and motivate the team to achieve key goals.
• Proficiency with computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite; ADP experience is a plus.
• Vehicle operation experience with cars, light trucks, and vans, both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
