Advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction, loyalty enrollment and store cleanliness. Empowered to make shopping quick and easy for guests at the checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up and drive up while ensuring exceptional quality.

• Communicate with guests to create a welcoming experience and resolve guest concerns.
• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest experience and supports loyalty programs where applicable.
• Assist guests with tools, products, and services available in the total store, including Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering; help guests enroll, activate, and use these features.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately, maintaining food safety standards and store procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area; stock supplies during store hours as needed.
• Be knowledgeable about current promos and store activities to inform guests.
• Support guest services such as order pick up, drive-up orders, and drive-up returns while complying with policies and procedures.
• Uphold safety, ethical conduct, and compliance with applicable laws.
• Other duties as assigned based on business needs.

• Ability to stay focused and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Accurate checkout operations and, when needed, support cash office activities.
• Ability to scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, with lifting requirements up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally.
• Flexible schedule; reliable attendance required; ability to remain mobile for shift duration.
• Exposure to varying temperatures and environments as part of duties (Drive-Up, carryout, etc.).
