We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.

• In the member assist – cart attendant role, ensure members see a well-kept parking lot and have carts ready and available.
• Assist members with loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience.
• Remain on your feet and on the go in all weather conditions; provide quick, accurate service.
• Maintain a positive attitude, greet and thank members, and provide exceptional customer service across the club as needed.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area.
• Assist with transporting items, organizing merchandise, and ensuring parking lot cleanliness.

• Ensure club pickup orders are fulfilled by notifying members if pickup times are delayed or items are unavailable, offering alternatives, and packaging according to company policies.
• Provide member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, processing purchases, and handling payments according to policies.
• Utilize cash registers and maintain availability of carts/flatbeds; locate and organize merchandise and designated areas.
• Promote company products and services; comply with policies, procedures, and ethics standards; and adapt to change and feedback.
• Maintain safety by conducting safety checks and reporting unsafe situations to management.
