Pay: $40 – $55 per hour

Medford Multicare Care is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor / Clinical Care Coordinator (CCC) to join our leadership team at our 320-bed skilled nursing facility. • Supervise daily nursing operations during your assigned shift.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Support and guide nursing staff to deliver high-quality resident care.
• Communicate and enforce facility policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized care environment.
• Follow all health, sanitation, and infection control policies.

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
