Job Description
Viridian Staffing's () Client is looking for General Managers and Assistant General Managers for Cannabis Retail Stores in Long Island, New York.

Founded in 2013, Viridian Staffing () is the Original staffing, recruiting, and HR consulting firm solely dedicated to organizations in and supporting the commercial, medical, and industrial cannabis / hemp industry.

As the General Manger or Assistant General Manager of a cannabis dispensary, you will be responsible for developing or assisting in the development of strategic, operational, and financial plans, along with reporting results to the Board of Directors. As a Leader, you should be willing to be hands-on and able to work autonomously. You will have the opportunity to drive all aspects of the store including but not limited to, developing KPIs, developing and implementing marketing plans, hiring and managing workers, managing P&L, and compliance.

If you are a results-driven, retail management professional with experience leading a fast-paced retail environment, have a passion for Cannabis, and excel at motivating, coaching, training, and mentoring staff; then this could be the right position for you!

You bring with you at least 3-5 years of experience in retail management, of which at least 1+ years of experience should be in managing a regulated cannabis retail store. Since you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, you should have excellent leadership, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. You should be compliance-driven, while also creating a safe, customer-focused environment.

Pay Range: $80,000-$90,000
