Overview

- Develop and retain a high-performing technology organization with clear accountability.
- Define and execute a multi-year enterprise technology strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide executive-level reporting on technology performance, risks, and initiatives.
- Oversee technology operations, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
- Establish enterprise architecture standards to support growth and modernization.
- Lead information security strategy and maintain cybersecurity governance and controls.
- Manage disaster recovery planning and execution for critical systems.
- Ensure compliance with regulations related to IT, cybersecurity, and data protection.
- Oversee technology vendor strategy, contract negotiations, and performance management.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of IT experience, with 10 years in senior leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise technology strategy, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
- Preferred certifications: PMP, ITIL, CISSP, CISM.
- Experience with vendor management, contract negotiations, and performance oversight.
- Proven ability to communicate technology risks and strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership in fostering innovation and operational discipline.
- Expertise in disaster recovery, business continuity, and incident response planning.
