Overview
Medford Village Country Club is a Private Country Club located in Medford, NJ.
Established in 1964, the club is home to an 18-hole championship golf course designed by William
F. Gordon and is known for its strong golf culture, active membership, and welcoming, family-oriented atmosphere. Medford prides itself on providing an outstanding golf experience through competitive events instruction, leagues, and player development programs.
The Assistant Golf Professional will work closely with the Head Golf Professional to support all aspects of the golf operation. This individual will play a key role in daily golf shop operations, member service, instruction, tournament administration, and the continued growth of Women s and Junior Golf programs.
Experience Required- PGA of America Member or Associate actively enrolled in the PGM Associate Program.
- Experience with leading golf programs (Men s, Women s, or Junior s).
- Experience working with Golf Genius Tournament Management.
- Familiar with Fore Tees Tee sheet and POS.
- Daily Golf Operations:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Golf Shop.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both Members and Guests.
- Manage Tee Sheets, Pace of Play, and Cart Operations in coordination with the golf staff.
- Women s Golf:
- Lead Women s Golf liaison in charge of leagues, events, and programming.
- 18-hole Women s League
- 9-hole Women s League
- Junior Golf:
- Assist in the planning and execution of Junior Golf Programs.
- SNAG GOLF
- Summer Camps
- Primary Junior Golf instructor for Private Lessons.
- Professional Development & Club Involvement:
- Support the overall goals of the Golf Department and contribute to the ideas to enhance member experience.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent Medford Village Country Club in a positive manner at all times.
