Full-Time Registered Nurse / RN
7am - 7:30pm | Sub-Acute Rehab (Retirement Home) | Medford, NJ
$34.50/hr to $40.54/hr (based on experience)
Weekend Differential Available
We are currently looking for a Full-Time (7am-7:30pm) Registered Nurse to add to our team to support our Sub-Acute Unit.
- Must have a current RN License valid for the state of New Jersey.
The Role
The RN oversees resident care in our 14 bed Subacute Rehab Center, following the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Responsibilities include coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical standards, collaborating with other disciplines for effective resident care, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Additionally, the RN contributes to the delivery of quality nursing care and demonstrates positive resident outcomes in our Nursing Units.
Scheduling- Full-Time: 7am - 7:30pm
- 12 Hour Shifts
- Weekend pay differential when scheduled
- 36 Hours Weekly / 72 Hours Bi-Weekly
- $34.50/hr to $40.54/hr to Start (depending on experience) and pay advancement potential depending on annual performance.
