Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Per Diem Home Visits ($33–$35 per hour) coverage during recurring shifts:
- Mondays to Friday: 7:30 AM – 9:30 AM

What You’ll Do- Provide skilled nursing care in clients’ homes under RN supervision.
- Perform medication administration, wound care, catheter/trach care, G-tube feeding, and disease monitoring.
- Accurately document all visits within 24 hours using Bright Star systems.
- Observe and report changes in condition promptly to the supervising RN.
- Educate clients and families on safety, medication, and care plans.
Per Diem / Flexible Hours – you control your schedule.
Weekday, evening, and weekend visits available. Typical visits last 1 hour.
Pay & BenefitsPay Range: $33–$35 per hr (based on experience and visit type)
Weekly Pay: RN supervision and 24/7 clinical support.
Requirements- Active New Jersey LPN license and CPR certification.
- 1+ year of experience (home health, LTC, or subacute preferred).
- Reliable transportation within Camden County.
- Strong documentation accuracy and communication skills.
