Licensed Professional Counselor

Our small, women-led private practice sits on almost an acre of scenic land in the historic town of Medford, NJ. The office is conveniently located by Main Street, Medford off of Route 70 in Southern New Jersey . Our team member specialties are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

This is a part-time (15 hours a week) to full-time (25 hours a week), on-site role for a Licensed Professional Counselor located in the South Jersey area. The Counselor will provide direct therapeutic services to adolescent-adult clients, including individual, group, and/or family counseling sessions. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and tracking client progress. The Counselor will also collaborate with other team members and maintain thorough and confidential documentation of all client interactions.

• Experience and proficiency in counseling, therapy, and clinical assessment techniques
• Expertise in developing treatment plans and conducting individualized or group therapy sessions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction and teamwork
• Knowledge of ethical practices and confidentiality regulations in clinical counseling
• Proven skills in crisis intervention and conflict resolution
• Licensed as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the New Jersey
• Master’s degree in Counseling or Psychology
• Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment
• Basic computer skills for documentation purposes; experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is a must
• Local to the area and credentialed with insurance panels is preferred
