Store Delivery Driver

This is a Delivery Driver opportunity that truly delivers on being a NAPA brand ambassador! As a NAPA Delivery Driver, you will be out on the open road, serving our customers from the outside to deliver parts and provide a memorable experience.

• Delivering parts to our customers with a passion for developing relationships.
• Picking up parts from vendors, ensuring stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintaining inventory.
• Consistently focusing on safety while driving and delivering parts.
• Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during deliveries.
• Building long‑term relationships with the customers you deliver to.
• Maintaining the delivery truck through safety checklists and basic maintenance.
• Other duties as needed.

• Are a student or retired and need a flexible schedule.

• Agility to bend to floor‑level shelves and reach upper shelves up to eight feet, using a stool or ladder when necessary, and lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise.
• Ability to handle cash charge transactions correctly and process returns appropriately.
• Maintaining a delivery log or tracking system for all pickups and deliveries.
• Ability to inspect, protect, and maintain company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building, and people.
• Clear speaking and attentive listening skills.
• Driving throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions.
• Flexibility with schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License.

This position offers an hourly pay of $15.00 with progressions toward the top end of the range within 12 months of hire based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
