OverviewThis is a Delivery Driver opportunity that truly delivers on being a NAPA brand ambassador! As a NAPA Delivery Driver, you will be out on the open road, serving our customers from the outside to deliver parts and provide a memorable experience.
What you'll be doing:- Delivering parts to our customers with a passion for developing relationships.
- Picking up parts from vendors, ensuring stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintaining inventory.
- Consistently focusing on safety while driving and delivering parts.
- Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during deliveries.
- Building long‑term relationships with the customers you deliver to.
- Maintaining the delivery truck through safety checklists and basic maintenance.
- Other duties as needed.
- Love to work independently, enjoy driving safely, and engage with customers face‑to‑face.
- Take pride in your work and keep safety and reliability high each day.

- Are a student or retired and need a flexible schedule.
- Agility to bend to floor‑level shelves and reach upper shelves up to eight feet, using a stool or ladder when necessary, and lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise.
- Ability to handle cash charge transactions correctly and process returns appropriately.
- Maintaining a delivery log or tracking system for all pickups and deliveries.
- Ability to inspect, protect, and maintain company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building, and people.
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills.
- Driving throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions.
- Flexibility with schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid Driver's License.

This position offers an hourly pay of $15.00 with progressions toward the top end of the range within 12 months of hire based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
